Juicing is fabulous way to start managing your own health. You can get great nutrition from juicing fresh fruits and vegetables.
I hear so much in the news today about “healthcare” and how in the US the healthcare industry is a disaster. People think that the Doctor is responsible for your health, when ,in fact, it is yourself. I am a firm believer in fasting periodically for better long term health and longevity.
